Dive into the exciting world of hockey with our beginner-friendly program, tailored specifically for IP/Novice players. This unique training, led by Coach Greg, is crafted to introduce young enthusiasts to the fundamentals of puck handling and shooting. Available for booking online, these in-person sessions provide a supportive and engaging environment for your child's first steps in hockey.

Foundation in Puck Handling: The initial two weeks are dedicated to mastering puck control, setting a solid foundation for future skills.

Home Training Setup: Essential items for at-home practice include the "H" Puck (provided), 30 regular pucks, hockey gloves, a soccer ball, and a net or drop net. A space of 12 to 15 feet for shooting is required.

Session Duration: Each training session will last between 30 to 45 minutes, varying weekly.

Location and Equipment: Training takes place in Coach Greg's Room next to Rink A at the Greenfoot Energy Centre in Bedford, NS. Players should bring their favorite hockey stick, gloves, and clean indoor runners. Comfortable sweats and a hoodie are recommended.

Parental Involvement: A parent or guardian must accompany all registered participants during in-person sessions.
