The Art of Shooting - 7 Week Program - $289.95 + HST

Elevate your game by learning the art of shooting the puck. This program will offer the aspiring hockey player a series of unique progressive skills that will build more comfort with handling the puck and vastly improve the players shot.

 

Our "H" puck and specialized training are the key differentiators that set our program apart. In this 7-week program the player will focus on puck handling, wrist shot, snap shot and the backhand. 

 

The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training and it includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.

Located at the BMO Center In Bedford - Rink A

 

Players will require the following at home:

 

  • The “H” Puck (Included)

  • 30 Regular Pucks

  • Hockey Gloves

  • Soccer Ball

  • Hockey Net or Drop Net

  • 12 to 15 feet of shooting space (Indoors or Outdoors)

  • 45 minutes to 90 minutes per session depending on the week.

The Art of Shooting - 10 Week Program- $419.95 + HST

The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training and it includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.

Players will require the following at home:

  • The “H” Puck (Included)

  • 30 Regular Pucks

  • Hockey Gloves

  • Soccer Ball

  • Hockey Net or Drop Net

  • 45 minutes to 90 minutes per session depending on the week.

The Art of Shooting - 3-Week Beginner Program - $124.95 + HST

This program is specifically designed for the IP/Novice player who is learning to handle and shoot the puck. 

 

It will focus on puck handling the first two weeks and then move into the wrist-shoot. At the end of the course, the young student will have the foundation for shooting the right way with a strong hockey stance. 

 

Our "H" puck and specialized training are the key differentiators that set our program apart. This beginner program will use a modified H Puck that will be lighter than my regular H Puck but heavier than a normal puck. 

 

The player will track their progress in a specially developed booklet that they can use to keep on top of their training and it includes tips and quotes to keep the player on track.

The Art of Shooting - Advanced Level 1 Program - Contact Us for Pricing

This program is specifically designed for the returning student. Continual non-stop station work focused on the development of the hockey stance combined with intense puck handling and shooting. 

 

The program will include either 4 or 5 sessions with a strong penchant on increasing the strength and quickness of the returning player's release. 

 

It will begin with a serious review and focus on all the key elements of our program and is quite aggressive.

 

The athlete will be expected to complete daily activities at home between sessions.   

 

Sessions will include shooting activities with gear and skates on.
